This little clip has been all over the blogosphere. It just goes to show you that the First Amendment to the Constitution allows each and every one of us to be as big an idiot as we want to be without any interference from our government. It allows comical clips like Dan Rather breaking news on a 1977 document written on Microsoft Word. It also allows this goofball his 15 minutes of fame.
